1) Service

Insight Dude provides automated analytical reports based on files you upload. Reports may include statistical computations and AI-generated narrative.

2) No professional advice

The service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the report.

3) Acceptable use

4) Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the report and operate the service.

5) Data retention

We do not store your raw uploaded dataset as a permanent dataset. We generate a PDF report and keep it temporarily so you can download it. If you provide an email, we store it as described in the Privacy Policy.

6) Reliability and limitations

We strive for accurate reports, but outputs may contain errors or omissions due to data quality, schema ambiguity, or model limitations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free output.

7) Payments and refunds

If/when paid plans are enabled, prices and billing terms will be shown at checkout. Refund policies (if any) will be stated at purchase time.

8) Intellectual property

The service, software, and branding are owned by Insight Dude and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or resell the service without permission.

9) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days before the claim.

10) Governing law

Governing law and venue depend on the entity operating the service and your location. If you operate in the EU/US, consult counsel to finalize these clauses.
